Respect MO Voters is seeking a Logistics Department Assistant to help grow our movement by enabling the Logistics Department Chair to successfully manage multiple priorities. The person in this role will assist the Logistics Department Chair with needs they have to run the department smoothly. Your focus is on Connection, Execution, and Support.
Responsibilities
- Represent the Logistics Department Chair in case(s) of their absence.
- Assist the Logistics Department Chair
- As needed, assist the:
- Registration & Engagement Lead
- Dispatch Planner
- Inventory & Supply Lead “Supply Guru” in Logistics Department Leadership with tasks.
- As Drivers fill in the Drivers Surveys:
- Format the Spreadsheet Responses
- Update the appropriate VAN Activist Codes
- Distribute the portions of the Spreadsheet needed by the Dispatch Planner and Region Level Logistics Leadership
The best fit for this role will be someone who is detail oriented, flexible in the roles they help fill, and comfortable with using a mapping website such as Google Maps. It may also be helpful if they pick up quickly on new things.
