    Responsibilities

    Design and implement a fundraising strategy to align with our work

    Research and write grant proposals

    Build partnerships with other nonprofits, universities, health organizations, and youth networks.

    Lead fundraising events

    Qualifications

    At least 18

    Previous fundraising experience required

    Skills

    • Excellent communication and writing (for grants and pitches)
    • Strategic networking and relationship management
    • Knowledge of global development or the Ugandan NGO landscape
    • Understanding of donor expectations and program design
    • Organizational and data management skills
