About Heart Bridge International

Heart Bridge International is a Christian mission organization focused on equipping leaders in the developing world to share the gospel and make disciples. We provide free training, discipleship resources, and coaching to ministries serving unreached and under-resourced communities.

We are currently working across multiple nations, helping train pastors, reach youth, and expand gospel access where it is limited.

Role Overview

We are seeking a committed and spiritually mature believer to serve as a Prayer Coordinator for South Asia.

This is a leadership-level volunteer role focused on building and organizing prayer support for ministry efforts in one of the most unreached regions in the world.

Prayer is not secondary to the mission—it is central to seeing lives changed and disciples made.

What You Will Do

Lead Prayer Initiatives

• Organize focused prayer for:
  • Unreached people groups
  • Youth and children’s outreach
  • Ministry leader training programs
• Help align prayer with active ministry efforts

Build and Grow a Prayer Network

• Recruit and develop prayer partners (local and global)
• Encourage consistent and engaged prayer participation
• Help create a culture of prayer within the ministry

Coordinate Communication

• Gather and share prayer and worship updates regularly
• Communicate clearly and simply with prayer teams
• Ensure prayer needs are current and relevant

Support Strategic Ministry Efforts

• Help lead prayer for:
  • New outreach launches
  • Leadership trainings
  • Expansion into new areas
• Encourage focused prayer and, when appropriate, fasting

Who We Are Looking For

Required

• Strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Clear understanding of the gospel
• Consistent personal prayer life
• Experience in prayer ministry and/or leadership
• Reliable, organized, and able to follow through

Preferred (Strongly Desired)

• Located in or familiar with South Asia (India, Nepal, etc.)
• Understanding of Hindu, Buddhist, or tribal contexts
• Heart for unreached people groups
• Experience leading or mobilizing prayer groups

Time Commitment

• Approximately 3–5 hours per week
• Flexible schedule
