Volunteer in Montgomery County with Youth Fishing League (July 11th)
Details
Description
Spend an afternoon helping kids and families experience fishing for the first time.
At our Youth Fishing League event at Allen Pond Park, you may help a child cast their first line or assist families as they learn how everything works. For many participants, it will be their first time holding a rod.
We're partnering with Blacks of the Chesapeake, who are bringing a group of high school students to participate. This opportunity is a good fit for students seeking service hours, and it is open to the public.
Volunteers support setup, activities, and overall event flow.
