    Description

Greeter at the Lev (The Lev-umbrella term that encompasses the BSQ ambassador position), Our BSQ Concierge Desk/Reception:

Concierge: These volunteers act as ambassadors, and are the face of Byer’s Square. Responsibilities include welcoming people, providing resources, giving directions, pick-up and drop off (salon appts, classes, workshops...), general communication with main reception, assistance in signing up for classes, providing information and referral services, assistance at special performances, and help with excursions...to name a few.

Reception: Greet guest with a smile and direction. Deliver packages to our residents on the floors.

Most importantly as we turn the corner of this pandemic this is an opportunity to connect with seniors who have not been able to have guest or leave the premises on a regular basis for many months during the pandemic. While the campus is starting to open, this position provides much needed connection.
