About Sync with God

Sync with God is a Christian discipleship ministry dedicated to helping people develop a daily, interactive relationship with God through Scripture, prayer, listening, and obedience. Through mentoring, coaching, digital resources, and online courses, we equip believers to grow spiritually and help others become disciples who make disciples.

We are seeking a creative and resourceful volunteer who enjoys learning and using AI-powered tools to help create visually compelling content that advances our mission and expands our reach.

Position Summary

The AI-Powered Graphic Design & Creative Media Volunteer will use graphic design and artificial intelligence tools to create engaging content for newsletters, social media, marketing campaigns, online courses, presentations, and ministry resources.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity, technology, and ministry to communicate messages that inspire spiritual growth and disciple multiplication worldwide.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Content Creation

• • Create attractive graphics for newsletters, websites, social media, and promotional campaigns.
  • Design visual assets for Sync with God courses, workshops, webinars, and discipleship resources.
  • Develop graphics that communicate ministry impact, testimonies, events, prayer initiatives, and disciple-making opportunities.
  • Help maintain a consistent and professional visual identity across ministry communications.

AI-Assisted Creative Development

• • Utilize AI-powered tools to generate images, designs, presentation graphics, promotional materials, and creative concepts.
  • Stay informed about emerging AI technologies and identify new opportunities to enhance ministry communications.
  • Help create efficient creative workflows using AI-assisted design tools.
  • Assist in transforming written content into visually compelling formats.

Course & Resource Development

• • Design graphics and visual learning materials for online courses and training resources.
  • Create ebook covers, worksheets, handouts, slide presentations, and downloadable resources.
  • Improve learner engagement through thoughtful visual storytelling.

Marketing & Communications Support

• • Collaborate with ministry leaders to promote discipleship initiatives, mentoring programs, prayer movements, and events.
  • Design graphics that support email campaigns and outreach efforts.
  • Assist with newsletter formatting and visual enhancement.

Qualifications

Required

• • Passion for Christian discipleship and spiritual growth.
  • Creative mindset and strong visual communication skills.
  • Interest in learning and applying AI tools for ministry purposes.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to receive feedback and collaborate with a team.
  • Good written communication skills.

Preferred

• • Experience with Canva or other design platforms.
  • Experience creating newsletters, presentations, social media graphics, or marketing materials.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools.
  • Experience supporting nonprofit, educational, ministry, or marketing projects.
