    Future Arts Artist Outreach Program Designer

    Organization: Future Arts, a women-led 501c3 non-profit organization

    Location: Remote/Hybrid (depending on project needs)

    Duration: 3-6 months (part-time, flexible hours)

    Role Summary:

    Future Arts is seeking a creative and strategic Artist Outreach Program Designer to spearhead initiatives that connect with emerging and established artists working with the technology sector. This role involves designing and implementing a scalable outreach program that fosters collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity in the arts and technology space by creating and sharing new job opportunities through residencies, partnerships, and commissions. You will work with the Executive Director and FAIR Programs Manager to design an artist outreach program approach.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Program Development: Design and execute artist outreach initiatives to build meaningful relationships with diverse creative communities within existing Future Arts database and previous artists

    • Community Building: Organize events, workshops, and panels to promote dialogue and creative exchange between artists

    • Resource Management: Develop communication strategies, toolkits, and guidelines to support artists in collaborating with Future Arts projects.

    • Evaluation: Monitor program impact and recommend improvements to enhance artist experiences.

    Qualifications:
    • Experience in arts administration, program design, or community engagement.

    • Strong communication skills and an ability to connect with diverse artistic communities.

    • Knowledge of current trends in the arts and technology sectors.

    • Creative problem-solving and project management abilities.

    • Passion for fostering inclusive and collaborative art practices.
