    About FIND Services

FIND is building HR technology platform helping African professionals become more discoverable, better prepared and better connected to global opportunities.

Our product is designed to support candidates and job seekers through skill assessments, career guidance, upskilling, internships and practical opportunities, focusing on workforce development, while helping employers ethically discover, assess and hire qualified African talent.

As we prepare to take our flagship product through its pilot phase, we need someone who can help us build a practical revenue system, execute our growth plans and generate meaningful revenue for FIND.

    The Opportunity

FIND has been bootstrapped for a long time and does not yet have a defined sales or revenue system. We are looking for someone who can bring their knowledge and take ownership of building what is missing.

The leadership team will provide the overall direction, while the Head of Revenue Operations will help turn that direction into action. This is a highly execution-focused role. You will help FIND identify customers, create revenue opportunities, build sales processes, pursue partnerships and develop other ways for the company to generate income.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work with the leadership team to execute FIND’s go-to-market plans and pilot phase.
    • Define and build FIND’s sales, revenue and business-development processes.
    • Identify potential customers, employers, institutions, organisations, partners and funding opportunities.
    • Develop outreach, follow-up, customer discovery, product demonstration and conversion systems.
    • Explore opportunities involving direct sales, institutional sales, partnerships, sponsorships, grants, fellowships, incubators, accelerators, awards, pilots and paid implementations.
    • Prepare sales materials, partnership proposals, funding applications and other commercial documents.
    • Build and manage a clear pipeline of leads, prospects, partnerships and revenue opportunities.
    • Gather customer feedback and share useful insights with the CPO, Product and Engineering teams.
    • Support the recruitment and coordination of additional team members, including sales and marketing specialists.
    • Establish practical systems for tracking sales, partnerships, funding applications and revenue progress.

    Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone proactive, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership in an early-stage organisation.

    The ideal candidate:

    • Has experience in business development, revenue operations, sales, partnerships or fundraising.
    • Understands how to sell to businesses, employers, institutions, NGOs, government agencies or other organisations.
    • Can identify revenue opportunities and turn ideas into practical action.
    • Can communicate confidently with decision-makers, employers and potential partners.
    • Can build sales and revenue systems from scratch and work with little or no hand-holding.
    • Takes ownership of their work and does not require micromanagement.
    • Can explain products and technology in clear, customer-focused language.
    • Is willing to support customer acquisition, partnerships, recruitment and related execution as FIND develops.

    What You’ll Gain

    • Async, fully remote with flexible working hours.
    • Direct exposure to senior leaders and C-suite professionals.
    • Opportunities to work with people from different countries and industries.
    • Gain practical experience building sales, revenue and business-development systems from the ground up.
    • The opportunity to strengthen your professional profile and portfolio.
    • Potential future retention (equity-based until funded).
