    Onboarding Process

    2. Introductory Call/Interview: Meet with a HopeWorks Global team member to discuss your interests, skills, and the best volunteer role for you.
    3. Orientation & Training: Attend an orientation session to learn about our mission, values, and the impact of your role. Role-specific training will be provided where needed.
    4. Background Check (if applicable): For roles working directly with vulnerable populations, a background check will be required.
    5. Placement & Support: Begin volunteering in your chosen role with ongoing support and mentorship from our team.
    6. Recognition & Growth: Receive acknowledgment of your contributions, and explore opportunities for leadership, skill development, and expanded involvement.
