Description
Phone calls to our patients and families are made from all of our office locations. Different types of calls include;
Post Admission Calls: to ensure the admission process was the best it could have been
Comfort Calls: Made every Thursday to ensure patients have everything they need and are satisfied with the care they are receiving.
Caring Calls: Made to families following their loved ones passing to offer support.
