๐ Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and strategic individual to support the expansion of our digital outreach through structured list building, email marketing campaigns, and social media growth initiatives.
This role focuses on growing our audience base, increasing engagement, and building meaningful connections with families, professionals, donors, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
๐ List Building
- Research and identify relevant audiences (parents, educators, clinicians, donors, sponsors, advocates)
- Build segmented contact lists using ethical and compliant methods
- Organize and maintain contact databases in Google Sheets or CRM
- Ensure proper tagging and audience segmentation
๐ง Email Marketing
- Assist in planning and drafting newsletters and outreach emails
- Support email campaign creation (Mailchimp / ConvertKit / similar tools)
- Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and engagement metrics
- Optimize subject lines and email structure
- Maintain email list hygiene (removing inactive subscribers)
๐ฑ Social Media Expansion
- Support organic follower growth strategies
- Identify collaboration opportunities with aligned organizations
- Assist in audience engagement and comment management
- Help develop cross-platform content repurposing strategies
- Monitor growth analytics and suggest improvements
๐ฏ Qualifications & Skills
Experience with list building and audience research
Understanding of email marketing fundamentals
Familiarity with email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ConvertKit, etc.)
Knowledge of audience segmentation and targeting
Basic understanding of social media growth strategies
Strong written communication skills
Ability to analyze performance metrics
Detail-oriented and organized
