Formerly Regional Field Directors (RFDs)
Regional Field Coordinators oversee organizing operations across a geographic region. They are responsible for regional planning, leadership development, volunteer infrastructure, and coordination between departments.
Locations: Mid-MO, Rolla, & Kirskville Regions
Reports to: Field Director and Deputy Field Director
Coordinates with: Area Leads/Volunteer Team Leads, Functional Leads
Core Responsibilities
- Build and support the regional leadership team
- Coordinate canvassing, phone banking, text banking, and visibility efforts
- Ensure regional VAN/data compliance
- Recruit and mentor volunteer leaders
- Coordinate with communications, events, and statewide leadership
- Support volunteer retention and leadership growth
- Oversee turf preparation and volunteer logistics
- Ensure materials and organizing systems are prepared for all regional activities
Up to 3 hours/week in meetings
- 1:1 with FD and DFD
- Statewide RFC Team
- Regional Leadership Meeting (with area leads or volunteer team leads + functional leads)
