    About Us:

    Autism Today Foundation is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering individuals on the autism spectrum and promoting inclusivity through education, advocacy, and community engagement. As we expand our digital reach, we’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and strategic Social Media Lead for TikTok to help us connect with new audiences and amplify our mission in innovative ways.

    About the Role:

    As our TikTok Lead, you’ll take charge of developing and executing our TikTok content strategy. From brainstorming creative ideas to editing short-form videos, you’ll have full creative freedom to shape how our story is told on one of the world’s fastest-growing platforms.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement a TikTok strategy aligned with our brand, values, and campaign goals

    Create engaging, informative, and emotionally resonant short-form videos

    Stay on top of TikTok trends and adapt them for autism advocacy and awareness

    Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with broader communication efforts

    Track performance and engagement metrics to optimize future content

    Encourage community interaction and foster a safe, inclusive online space

    What We’re Looking For:

    Proven experience creating content for TikTok (personal or professional)

    Strong understanding of video editing, trends, and TikTok best practices

    Creative thinker with a good sense of storytelling and timing

    Passionate about mental health, neurodiversity, or nonprofit work

    Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working remotely

    Bonus: Experience with Canva, CapCut, or other editing tools
