Junior Volunteer Program Lead
Overview
We are seeking a Junior Volunteer Program Lead to help design and facilitate a meaningful volunteer experience for children ages 7–13. This role focuses on creating age‑appropriate tasks, supporting positive youth engagement, and collaborating with parents to ensure a safe, fun, and developmentally appropriate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Youth Engagement — Work directly with children ages 7–13, providing guidance, encouragement, and structure.
Program Development — Create tasks and activities that match developmental levels, build responsibility, and support our organization’s mission.
Facilitation — Lead junior volunteers during events, projects, and workshops.
