    Description

    John Ball Zoo Wild Strides 5K

    Wild Strides 5K

    Back for it's second year this wild run winds through the zoo grounds on April 21st.

    Positions Available:

    • Water Stations (5:30 PM - 8:30 PM)– Hand out water to runners and cheer them on (ages 14+ with adult)
    • Registration (4:30 PM - 7:30 PM) – Help check in participants and distribute race materials (ages 18+)
    • Course Marshals (5:30 PM - 8:30 PM) – Assist with navigation and ensure runners stay on course (ages 11+ if registered as a group with an adult)
    • Full Event Support (4 PM - 9 PM) - Be sent where needed!

    Important Details:

    • Shifts will take place between 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM based on the role.
    • Register as a group if you would like to be placed with your friends (up to 3 individuals)
    • Details will be sent out prior to the event with additional details including parking directions, and meeting location for volunteers.
