Role Summary
The Fundraising Officer will support the design and implementation of sustainable financing strategies, donor engagement, and resource mobilization efforts to secure financial support for programs and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual fundraising strategy
• Write competitive grant proposals and donor reports
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international donors
• Lead fundraising campaigns and outreach activities
• Coordinate with program teams to align funding priorities
Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Development, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in fundraising/resource mobilization
- Strong writing and communication skills in Arabic and English
- Experience with international grants is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills
