    Description

    Online Native Plant Community Engager

    Help develop a national community advocate program promoting native plants and building biodiversity. Key responsibilities include: - Driving engagement through content creation, interactive posts, and real-time conversations - Moderating discussions to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment by enforcing community guidelines - Building relationships with members, recognizing contributions, and connecting users with shared interests - Analyzing engagement metrics (e.g., likes, shares, replies) to refine strategies and improve community health - Collaborating with teams such as marketing, product, or PR to align community efforts with broader organizational goals
