    Description

Funding Researcher & Data Specialist – Grant Development Pod (Pro Bono / Volunteer)

    ORGANIZATION: Face Friends Foundation, Incorporated

POSITION: Funding Researcher & Data Specialist – Grant Development Pod

COMMITMENT: 2 to 3 Hours Per Week (Completely Asynchronous & Flexible)

    LOCATION: Remote / Virtual

    ABOUT US:

Face Friends Foundation, Incorporated is an asset-backed, federally recognized 501(c)(3) public charity operating as a self-sustaining Workforce Development Social Enterprise Academy in Gwinnett County. Moving completely away from traditional, donation-dependent non-profit models, our upcoming physical facility hardwires a commercial Culinary Incubator Kitchen directly to an automated Tech Literacy Lab under a single roof. We fund our capital requirements by operating market-driven social enterprises and structured B2B training paths to generate internal operating capital.

    THE POD INFRASTRUCTURE:

To accelerate our capital velocity and secure our $150,000 storefront lease escrow for the Sugar Hill Workforce Academy on Buford Highway, we are expanding our internal Grant Development Pod. We are building a fully stacked administrative support team so that our incoming Executive Grant Writers can focus entirely on high-yield composition without getting bogged down by cold research or manual formatting.

    THE ROLES & OBJECTIVES:

We are recruiting detail-oriented analytics and administrative professionals to fill two specialized functions within our internal Bitrix24 department workspace:

ROLE OPTION A: INSTITUTIONAL FUNDING RESEARCHER

    • Funder Tracking: Sourcing, identifying, and evaluating high-probability municipal corporate foundation grants and community utility allocations.
    • AI Syncing: Reviewing and qualifying raw target matches uncovered by our Wix Symphony AI Grants Agent.
    • Calendar Maintenance: Logging upcoming application windows onto our central Bitrix24 department submission calendar.

ROLE OPTION B: DEMOGRAPHIC DATA SPECIALIST

    • Data Scrubbing: Compiling and organizing localized Gwinnett County census metrics, labor stats, and food insecurity data into clean Google Sheets.
    • Document Audit: Maintaining our 'Master Grant Assets' file trees, ensuring our 501(c)(3) letters, bylaws, and board rosters are perfectly formatted.
    • Asset Verification: Organizing raw data files so our writers have immediate, verified ammunition to drop into live proposals.

⏳ CAPACITY & STRIC GOVERNANCE MANDATES:

All internal executive staff operate asynchronously for 2 to 3 hours per week around their primary professional calendars. To maintain absolute momentum across our lean 17-person staff, personnel strictly abide by our corporate bylaws (Memo: FFF-MEMO-2026-GOV08):

    • The 14-Day Log-In Mandate: Personnel must check their platform workspace at least once every two weeks.
    • The 30-Day Update Rule: Active status comments or progress metrics must be logged within any rolling 30-day window. Passing day 30 initiates an email status check; zero response within 48 hours results in automated profile deactivation.

📋 APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR INTERESTED VOLUNTEERS:

    1. MANDATORY RESUME SUBMISSION: Submit your application directly through the Idealist portal, uploading a professional resume (.PDF format preferred) highlighting your research, data entry, Excel/Google Sheets, or admin support background.
    2. EVALUATION & INVITATION: Our Recruitment Directorate reviews all resumes daily. Approved candidates bypass interview loops and receive direct employee access keys to claim their seat on our active staff.

📋 APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR INTERESTED DATA & RESEARCH VOLUNTEERS

    ====================================================================================================

Thank you for your interest in joining the internal Grant Development Pod for Face Friends Foundation, Incorporated. To ensure a seamless evaluation process across our lean 17-person staff, we require all applicants to follow these exact technical onboarding steps:

    1. SYSTEM ACTIVATION PATHWAY (NO INTERVIEW REQUIRED FOR INITIAL ACCESS):
    • PHASE 1 (RESUME ANALYSIS): Our Recruitment Directorate, led by our Director of Recruitment and Onboarding, reviews all submitted resumes daily based strictly on documented organizational and analytical capability.
    • PHASE 2 (DIRECT INVITATION): If your resume clears our baseline selection criteria, you will bypass traditional initial phone screenings and receive a direct digital invitation to join our internal staff.
    • PHASE 3 (IMMEDIATE PORTAL UNLOCK): Your seat inside our active department is completely unlocked immediately upon registration. You will instantly create your personal username and password to claim your workspace.
    1. UNDERSTANDING THE SYSTEM INFRASTRUCTURE:

To excel in this role, you must understand our strict personnel governance guidelines (Memo: FFF-MEMO-2026-GOV08):

    • THE ASYNCHRONOUS RUNWAY: You operate entirely on your own schedule for 2 to 3 hours per week. There is zero out-of-pocket membership fee or payment required to serve on our staff.
    • THE AUTOMATED CLEANUP CLOCK: All active staff must log into our internal Bitrix24 dashboard at least once every 14 days, and post a quick progress update on their task cards within any rolling 30-day period. Passing day 30 without an update triggers an automatic email check, and zero response within 48 hours closes the profile keys permanently.
