We are on a mission to empower incredible women breaking into the workforce through our Entry-Level Career Training for Women. To help them confidently navigate their career pivots, we need real-world superheroes to step up to the plate and help fine-tune our participants' professional profiles!

🚀 The Role: Mock Interviewers, Resume & LinkedIn Reviewers (8 Needed)

Our participants are eager, driven, and putting the finishing touches on their career portfolios. We are looking for 8 experienced professionals to conduct mock interviews, audit resumes, evaluate LinkedIn profiles, and provide constructive, real-world feedback to give our ladies a competitive edge in today's job market.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct Mock Interviews: Put on your hiring manager hat and lead practice behavioral/technical interview sessions.
• Profile & Resume Audits: Review their resumes and LinkedIn pages to ensure they effectively highlight their learned tech skills.
• Provide Constructive Feedback: Offer actionable advice, resume tweaks, and encouraging insight based on your industry expertise.
• Get Creative: Bring your authentic self! Your industry wisdom is exactly what they need to bridge the gap between training and landing their first role.

🛠️ What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years of career background in any of the following fields:
• Human Resources (HR) / Corporate Recruiting
• Project Management
• IT Support
• Cybersecurity
• Data Analytics
• Vibe: Encouraging, constructive, approachable, and passionate about diversity in tech.
• Skills: Strong interviewing, resume-building, or hiring experience with a talent for giving clear, empowering feedback.
