    Location: Remote within the US

    Hours: 20 to 25 hours per week

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations & Executive Coordinator to work directly with the Founder and help manage the day-to-day flow of operations. This role is essential to maintaining structure, accountability, and momentum across programs, partnerships, and internal initiatives.

    This is a part-time position with strong potential for growth as the organization expands.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage executive calendar and scheduling

    • Coordinate meetings with partners, stakeholders, and internal teams

    • Track action items and ensure timely follow-through

    • Organize and maintain operational documents and systems

    • Support program coordination and partnership communication

    • Assist with outreach follow-ups and relationship management

    • Maintain workflow tracking and internal reporting

    • Help implement and improve operational processes

    Qualifications

    • Strong organizational and time management skills

    • Experience in nonprofit operations, startups, or growing organizations preferred

    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, and project management platforms

    • Self-motivated and solutions-oriented

    • Comfortable working closely with executive leadership
