We are passionately dedicated to ensuring that everyone, regardless of financial circumstances, has access to high-quality music education, performance opportunities, and fine art. We aim to inspire, empower, and uplift communities by fostering a love for music and the arts through our commitment to education, inclusivity, diversity, and social impact, which drives us to continually expand our reach and enrich the lives of those we serve.

We’re looking for a Cloud Developer to join our growing team and support the Chief Technology Officer in developing and maintaining scalable technology solutions that advance the organization’s mission and digital platform.

    • Develop, configure, and maintain cloud-based applications and infrastructure to support organizational and platform needs.
    • Support the development and enhancement of scalable, reliable cloud solutions.
    • Collaborate with the Chief Technology Officer and technology team to translate organizational requirements into technical solutions.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues and identify opportunities to improve system performance and reliability.
    • Support deployment, testing, and release activities for Beta and future platform releases.
    • Collaborate with QA and other team members to resolve defects and technical issues.
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation for cloud environments, applications, and integrations.
    • Follow security, data privacy, and cloud development best practices.
    • Support ongoing technology initiatives and recommend improvements as the organization and platform scale.

    What we’re looking for:

    • Experience with cloud development and cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
    • Experience with APIs, databases, integrations, and application development.
    • Familiarity with software development lifecycle and deployment practices.
    • Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional and remote environment.
    • Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
    • Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in an evolving organization.
    • Experience supporting nonprofit, education, or mission-driven organizations is a plus.
    • Relevant cloud certifications are preferred but not required.
