Description
Tuck In Call volunteers make brief weekly contact with patients’ primary caregivers offering additional support and communication with the hospice team.
- Calls are scripted with key questions.
- Calls are made once a week from your own home.
- Weekly commitment varies between 30 minutes to two hours based upon your availability.
We hear from caregivers that it is reassuring to know support is there if they need it. Tuck In Calls are a check in to provide additional support, and to remind them that help is just a phone call away.
