Do you enjoy sewing, crocheting, or creative DIY projects?
Anchor Health hospice is seeking volunteers who sew, crochet, or do crafts and would be willing to donate them to our hospice patients. Your creativity can spark joy, connection, and peace during an important chapter of someone’s life.
Things like these are all beautiful and meaningful hand-made gifts:
- Memory pillows and bears
- Simple sewing projects
- Handmade keepsakes
- Sensory blankets or mats
- quilted or crocheted throws or lap blankets
If you'd prefer to visit in person with a hospice patient to provide them with companionship, we have volunteer opportunities available there too!
