Lend an Ear with SouthernCare, visit with Veterans on Hospice

Southerncare Hospice is seeking veterans to visit hospice patients who are veterans. Visit a veteran at least twice a month to share stories and bring comfort and support.

In addition, Southerncare Hospice volunteers who are veterans are invited to participate in the annual Veterans Day recognition of our patients who have served in the military, as well as special pinning ceremonies for new patients throughout the year.

If you are a veteran or know a veteran please consider helping out with this great opportunity. Currently I am seeking for a veteran to help out with pining's when patients come on services and also our veteran ceremonies. So consider joining our team!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a great opportunity even if a veteran is willing to volunteer to do pinning's for our start of care patients its always amazing to have a veteran to honor those that have served.
