Description
The Field Training Lead will support the field team by maintaining and improving training programs. This role will ensure that training materials and resources remain up to date, while also helping design and deliver new trainings. The Field Training Lead will apply best teaching practices to strengthen volunteer skills and confidence, ensuring consistency and quality across the field team.
Responsibilities Include:
- Keeping training materials and documents updated
- Building out new trainings as needed
- Implementing best teaching and learning practices
- Supporting consistent and effective volunteer training across the field team
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to create clear, engaging training materials
- Comfortable presenting or facilitating group learning
- Experience in training, education, or team leadership is a plus
- Experienced in educating diverse adult audiences
