    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with BeYOUtiful’s mission and growth goals
    • Oversee day‑to‑day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and accountability
    • Lead and support department heads to cultivate a high‑performance, collaborative culture
    • Implement systems and process improvements to streamline workflows
    • Monitor KPIs and organizational performance metrics
    • Support strategic partnerships, vendor negotiations, and expansion initiatives

    Qualifications

    • Proven senior‑level leadership or operations management experience
    • Strong background in strategic planning and organizational development
    • Ability to lead cross‑functional teams with clarity and confidence
    • Excellent project management and problem‑solving skills
    • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
    • Passion for empowering women and underserved communities

    Commitment

    • Volunteer based leadership role
    • 2‑year commitment required
    • Participation in weekly leadership meetings and ongoing strategic oversight
