Root For Change is a youth-led organization(awaiting an official 501(c)(c) status) that aims to address environmental issues; We hope to engage individuals in fun activities to help combat the environmental crisis, and inform the general public about the health of their environment. We are more than pleased to hear that you are interested in joining us on this mission.Please keep in mind the fact that all the roles are voluntary!

AGE REQUIREMENTS: 11 - 25

• content creation skills(including, but not limited to, designing, art, videography, editing, etc,)

1. Head of Marketing Operations (Directly)

Responsibilities ----------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. you should comfortable with showing your face on camera
   1. please note that these videos will not be taken down after you leave your position unless such a situation arises
2. under the guidance of the head of marketing operations, you will be given deadlines and task to create promotional content (can be videos or poster) for our events and programs

Others ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. you will be able to reach out to head of marketing operations, if you need a break, extension or have any other concerns

1. you are responsible for tracking your own hours. all your hours must be self-reported through a spreadsheet we provide you with, otherwise we wouldn't be able to give you those hours.
