We present live arts experiences that invigorate the Shoreline by prioritizing discovery over the familiar. We exist to bring transformative, world-class talent to our community—the kind of artistry typically found on major urban stages, now curated specifically for our local audience. Based in Guilford, CT, we believe that groundbreaking performing arts shouldn't require a train ride to a major city; they belong right here in our neighborhood.

As we look toward an exciting future of growth and expanded programming, we are seeking visionary, hands-on community leaders to join our Board of Directors.

Who We Are Looking For

While we welcome applications from anyone who is deeply passionate about the performing arts and community curation, we are currently prioritizing individuals with specific expertise to help build our foundational strength. We are most essentially looking for:

• Fundraising & Development Champions: Individuals who can help design and drive our donor cultivation, corporate partnerships, and individual giving strategies.
• Grant Writing Specialists: People with experience identifying, writing, or managing foundation, state, and federal arts grants.
• Legal Minds / Attorneys: A legal professional who can offer strategic guidance on governance, contracts, and general non-profit compliance.

Time Commitment & Location

• Meetings: The majority of our board meetings are held virtually, offering flexibility for busy schedules.
• Location & Presence: Because we are deeply rooted in the Guilford and greater Connecticut Shoreline community, we are seeking board members who are local enough to show up in person.
• Roll-Up-Your-Sleeves Spirit: We are an active, working board. Beyond strategic governance, we need members who are excited to attend our live events, advocate for us in the community, and occasionally roll up their sleeves to help make event magic happen on the ground.
