Outreach & Engagement Lead - Health Matters Clinic

At Health Matters Clinic, we believe in Helping & Healing through care, community, and connection. We’re looking for an Outreach & Engagement Lead to help us bring that mission into more neighborhoods across Los Angeles.

As part of our team, you’ll focus on connecting with the community we serve - making sure individuals, families, and partner groups know about the free health, wellness, and mental health resources we provide. You’ll also help build partnerships that expand our reach and deepen our impact.

Your role will include:

• Connecting with local schools, churches, and community groups
• Promoting upcoming events and wellness programs
• Helping with grassroots outreach to underserved communities
• Sharing resources and opportunities that link people to care
• Building trust and relationships that strengthen community ties

What we’re looking for:

• Strong communication skills and comfort talking to people in different settings
• Passion for health equity and serving under-resourced communities
• Reliable and organized, with a commitment of 3-6 hrs/week
• Bilingual skills are a plus (but not required)

This is a virtual position with flexible hours, but local volunteers are encouraged to join us at events in Los Angeles.
