At The Light We Carry Foundation, we believe every child deserves to be remembered and every family deserves to feel seen.

We're looking for a thoughtful, creative, and organized volunteer to help us prepare our Family Circle remembrance program for 2027.

Family Circle is being developed to help us honor children and support their families through meaningful remembrance and connection.

What You'll Help With:

• Help develop welcoming and remembrance message templates.
• Research thoughtful, affordable remembrance gifts and cards.
• Create organized birthday and anniversary remembrance workflows.
• Help develop a simple process for welcoming families into Family Circle.
• Prepare program materials and recommendations for our founder to review.
• Help ensure our remembrance approach is personal, inclusive, and respectful.

You'd Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have a compassionate heart and an eye for meaningful details.
• Are organized, dependable, and thoughtful.
• Enjoy creating systems and meaningful experiences.
• Understand the importance of honoring each family's individual story.

No previous nonprofit experience is required.

Our Goal: Have the Family Circle program materials and remembrance processes ready for review in December 2026.

We're looking to onboard as soon as possible and would love someone interested in helping this program grow.
