She-Empowers Initiative Student Board-- High School Leadership Opportunity

She-Empowers Women & Girls Initiative (SEI) is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering women and girls through education, entrepreneurship, and leadership development. Our programs have supported 3,000+ women and girls in Nigeria through initiatives focused on girls' education, women's entrepreneurship, financial literacy, health, period poverty, and environmental sustainability.

The SEI Student Board is a leadership and advisory council for motivated high school students who want to gain hands-on nonprofit experience while contributing to programs creating meaningful impact for women and girls.

Student Board members will have the opportunity to:

• Contribute to initiatives supporting 3,000+ women and girls in Nigeria
• Gain hands-on experience in nonprofit leadership, marketing, fundraising, community outreach, and social entrepreneurship
• Help develop and shape new programs supporting women's education and financial independence
• Collaborate with other motivated high school students across the U.S.
• Participate in mentorship and leadership development opportunities
• Build professional experience that can support future academic and career opportunities
• Receive a certificate of service and leadership and opportunities for letters of recommendation

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking high school students who are:

• Passionate about women's empowerment, education, entrepreneurship, or social impact
• Motivated to take initiative and contribute ideas
• Interested in developing leadership and professional skills
• Reliable, collaborative, and committed to making a difference
• Excited to work with students from across the country

No prior nonprofit experience is required. We are looking for students who are enthusiastic about learning, contributing, and taking on meaningful responsibilities.
