Prince Jade Nonprofit is seeking a reliable local volunteer to help support our community food program, PJ Eats. This role involves picking up food donations from nearby food banks and delivering them to our HQ located inside Budget Suites of America in Arlington. These supplies help us prepare small cake treats and other items for families in need.
Responsibilities: • Pick up food donations from partner food banks • Transport items safely in your personal vehicle • Deliver food directly to our HQ at Budget Suites • Optional: assist with sorting and organizing food after drop-off
Qualifications: • Must have access to a car • Must live in Arlington or nearby • Able to complete 1–2 pickups per week • Dependable, friendly, and comfortable representing Prince Jade Nonprofit
Impact: Your support allows us to begin producing small cake treats and other food items for our community. This role is essential to helping us launch and grow PJ Eats.

Volunteers will receive a list of nearby food banks to call. Your task is to contact each location, ask if food is available for pickup, and then go to the site to collect the food. After pickup, you will bring the food directly to Prince Jade HQ at Building C, Unit 1034. The founder will be onsite to answer the door and receive the food. All pickups are local, and you may choose your own schedule. No personal information is required to be given out. You only need transportation and the ability to make simple phone calls and complete the pickup.
