    Description

    Assist team members in providing quality service to our patients and their families on assigned floor.

    • Round on patients hourly.
    • Refresh water
    • Assist with discharging patients.
    • Restock supplies, including isolation gowns.
    • Provide clerical support to caregiver staff such as answering the phone, answering call lights, collating admission packets, making copies, review Welcome letter with patient.
    • Straighten up department. Pick up garbage off floor, empty garbage and replace full linen bags.

    All volunteers must be at least 15 (18 for Aurora Psych) years of age and commit to a minimum of 64 hours of volunteering during a calendar year.
