Applicant Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a respectful and timely application experience.

Scheduling: Coordinate schedules between candidates and internal interviewers.

Onboarding Logistics: Manage new hire paperwork, set up digital accounts, and coordinate orientation schedules.

                    HR Infrastructure & Compliance (30%)

Compliance Tracking: Ensure our hiring and data storage practices comply with basic labor laws.

Policy Foundation: Help draft initial guidelines for employee relations, PTO tracking, or basic handbook policies.

Benefits Support: Assist leadership in reviewing or tracking basic team stipends, perks, or health/insurance options if applicable.

                          ### Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Operations management.
