Web Development / Design to edit our existing website Intern/volunteer

We are looking for a seasoned web developer with at least 3 years experience in the development and customization of Wordpress themes and plugins including: Custom Wordpress Theme Development (PSD to Wordpress) Wordpress Theme Customization Custom Wordpress Plugin Development / Customization Wordpress Troubleshooting Wordpress Optimization * Advanced Custom Field integration.

We are looking for an experienced web developer & designer to help with a few hours worth of editing / updating to our current website, to bring it up to speed and so it can reflect the current organisation.You will be editing the homepage, home banner, menu bar, deleting pages and making slight edits to 5 or 6 pages, especailly our About pages. We will supply you with all directions and content. We will communicate through Skype & email.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Maintain a professional website.
• Develop content in consultation with BV’s leadership team and staff.
• Work closely with Web Analyst to develop and customise content

The successful applicant will be required to update and maintain the existing websites. Candidates will need to demonstrate live samples of their previous works or an online portfolio of active sites you have developed.
