    Description

    About L.I.T.E.

    L.I.T.E. is building sustainable funding infrastructure to support growth and community impact. We are seeking a Fundraising & Donor Strategy Lead to develop and implement our funding strategy.

    Role Overview

    This is a leadership-level volunteer role responsible for grant research, donor strategy development, and funding pipeline management.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Research and identify grant opportunities
    • Draft and submit grant applications
    • Develop donor cultivation and stewardship plan
    • Create structured fundraising calendar
    • Build and maintain funding pipeline tracker

    Desired Qualifications

    • Experience in nonprofit fundraising or grant writing
    • Strong persuasive and analytical writing skills
    • Strategic thinker with systems mindset
    • Ability to operate independently in an early-stage organization

    90-Day Goals

    • Grant pipeline identified and at least 3 qualified submissions initiated
    • Donor tracking system implemented
    • Fundraising calendar established
    • Clear 6–12 month funding strategy recommendation
