About the Role
The Human Growth Foundation is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Data Entry Volunteer to support our administrative and program operations. This role is essential to maintaining accurate records, strengthening our outreach efforts, and ensuring smooth coordination across our programs serving children and adults with rare growth and bone conditions.
This is an excellent opportunity for students, early‑career professionals, or anyone seeking community service hours, nonprofit experience, or a strong letter of recommendation.
Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in Google Sheets, Google Drive, and other cloud‑based systems
- Organize contact lists, event records, and program information
- Review entries for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with digital filing and document organization
- Communicate promptly with HGF staff regarding progress or questions
- Maintain confidentiality and follow HGF data‑handling guidelines
Requirements
- Must have an active Gmail account (Google Workspace tools are required for this role)
- Ability to volunteer at least 2 hours per day
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to follow instructions
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
- Professional communication skills
