Joint Outreach Initiatives (JOI) is a youth-led global learning community dedicated to empowering young people through education, skills development, leadership, and community engagement. Our mission is to equip young people with the confidence, skills, and opportunities they need to create meaningful impact in their communities and beyond.

With volunteers, learners, and community members from multiple countries, JOI delivers accessible online programs, awareness campaigns, and learning opportunities that encourage young people to learn, lead, and grow together.

We are currently welcoming enthusiastic volunteers who are passionate about education, youth development, communications, community building, and creating positive change.

What You Can Contribute To

Volunteers may support one or more of the following areas:

• Project coordination and administration
• Community engagement and participant support
• Content writing and communications
• Social media and digital outreach
• Graphic design and creative content
• Video editing and multimedia creation
• Research and impact measurement
• Event planning and virtual session support
• Mentorship and facilitation activities

Who Can Apply

We welcome applications from individuals who:

• Are passionate about learning, leadership, and community impact

Previous volunteering experience is appreciated but not required.
