This is both for social capital building of the global virtual people management community, volunteer recruitment for our people management team, and thought leadership in how people management futuristic approaches can be used to address societal challenges from a "people management future-leaning perspective". . We need to create.a team to support this as a regular function ideally in support of CrowdDoing recruitment efforts.
