    Role Overview

    The Corporate Sponsorship Coordinator leads the strategy and execution for securing business and corporate event sponsorships. This role bridges marketing, relationship management, and operations to expand community partnerships and fuel event revenue. Responsibilities include refreshing sponsorship collateral, aligning messaging for signature events, and maintaining accurate donor databases to ensure seamless pledge fulfillment and stewardship.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Corporate Outreach & Sponsorship Procurement: Identify, prospect, and secure corporate sponsors for annual galas, golf outings, and community awareness events to achieve target revenue goals.
    • Collateral & Messaging Development: Update sponsorship decks, proposal packages, and marketing collateral to communicate clear ROI and compelling impact stories to prospective partners.
    • Database & Data Management: Track corporate prospects, active pledges, and fulfillment schedules in platforms such as Little Green Light, Bloomerang, or Salesforce.
    • Stewardship & Acknowledgment: Generate timely tax receipts, formal acknowledgment letters, and sponsor benefit packages to maintain strong corporate donor retention.
    • Event & Campaign Coordination: Align cross-channel event messaging across digital, print, and social media platforms to maximize corporate brand visibility and event registration.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Sales & Pitch Proficiency: Proven ability to present, negotiate, and close corporate sponsorship packages or sales agreements.
    • CRM & Data Systems: Hands-on experience managing donor pipelines and payment tracking within non-profit CRMs (e.g., Little Green Light, Bloomerang, Salesforce).
    • Marketing Communication: Strong writing and design capability to refine marketing decks, outreach letters, and digital promotional materials.
    • Organization & Detail Orientation: Rigorous tracking habits for pledge schedules, donor benefit distribution, and regulatory reporting.
    • Experience: 1–3 years in non-profit fundraising, corporate relations, event management, or sales preferred.
