We’re Building — And It Needs Sustainable Funding

    The Donovan’s Venom is growing.

But impact doesn’t scale without revenue.

We are seeking a Director of Development – Fundraising to lead how the organization generates, grows, and sustains funding.

      • Ensure alignment between funding and impact

    Performance Tracking & Reporting

      • Establish metrics for fundraising performance
      • Track pipeline, conversions, and outcomes
      • Provide visibility into revenue performance

    Process Development & Systems

      • Build systems for:
