    Description

    Provide a friendly service by delivering books and reading materials to patients and visitors via mobile book cart, promoting literacy, comfort, and engagement.

    1. Greet patients, visitors, and staff with warmth, empathy, and respect
    2. Push and manage the book cart safely through the assigned areas
    3. Offer books and materials appropriate to different age, interest, condition
    4. Assist individuals in selecting books based on preferences or needs
    5. Speak clearly, calmly, and respectfully in a hospital environment
    6. Keep book cart clean, organized, and stocked
    7. Arrange books neatly and visibly by category or age group
    8. Identify damaged books and remove from book cart before starting your shift
    9. Restock books and rotate materials as needed
    10. sanitize books and cart surface before and after shift
    11. Support staff with inventory or donations
