    About the Role

    We are seeking a relationship-driven Teacher Outreach Coordinator to build partnerships with K–12 teachers, librarians, counselors, and youth program leads. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engagement, communication, and supporting educators with impactful resources.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute outreach strategies to schools and teachers.
    • Manage educator contact lists and communication logs.
    • Present information sessions, webinars, and classroom-friendly overviews.
    • Distribute Teacher Toolkits and promotional materials.
    • Track outreach activities and produce reports.
    • Respond to educator questions about the competition.
    • Support cross-team collaboration for awareness campaigns.
    • Represent the organization at education community events.

    Qualifications

    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Experience in K–12 education, outreach, community engagement, or youth programs.
    • Organizational, planning, and coordination abilities.
    • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Sheets, and outreach tools.
    • Comfortable presenting to groups or leading virtual meetings.
    • Strong writing and email communication skills.
