Volunteer Opportunity: Lead Volunteer
We are looking for a dependable, motivated Lead Volunteer to join our team!
Availability:
Flexible scheduling, with a primary commitment on Thursdays from 11:45 AM – 2:30 PM (our main event time), plus occasional additional events as scheduled.
About the Role:
This role is simple but very important. As a Lead Volunteer, you’ll serve as the main on-site point of contact for both new and returning volunteers. You’ll help guide the flow of the day, communicate expectations, and ensure everyone feels supported and informed.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and assist new and regular volunteers
- Communicate protocols and assignments clearly
- Serve as the first point of contact for volunteers on-site
- Help keep activities organized and running smoothly
- Support the team by following direction and stepping in where needed
What We’re Looking For:
- A natural leader who is dedicated and passionate
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Comfortable taking direction while also holding a bit of authority
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent—especially on Thursdays
- Easy to work with and a supportive team presence
