    • Oversee grant calendar (prospecting, drafting, submission, and reporting with staff/volunteers).
    • Create 2–3 thematic campaigns/year (e.g., “Upskill 100,” GivingTuesday).
    • Set simple KPIs and reporting (raised $, # new donors, retention, # grant subs/awards, # partnerships).
    • Recruit/lead a small volunteer fundraising team; collaborate with Marketing/Programs.
    • Advise board on fundraising policy, ethics, and donor recognition.

    You bring

    • 1+ years in nonprofit fundraising, corporate partnerships, sales, or grant writing (board experience a plus).
    • Demonstrated success closing gifts/sponsorships or winning grants.
    • Clear, concise writing; comfortable with outreach and pitch calls.
    • Organized, data-aware; able to set targets and track progress.

    Nice to have

    • Experience with CRMs, grant portals, or peer-to-peer platforms.
    • Network in philanthropy, tech, workforce development, or education.

    Commitment & support

    • ~4–6 hrs/week; quarterly board meetings; flexible scheduling.
    • You’ll get onboarding, program briefs, past grant/campaign assets, and board mentorship.
