    Description

    Retired Nurses Needed to Provide In-patient Comfort Rounding in a Purposeful Way

    This volunteer role is designed to assist in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for patients, families and staff on one of our in-patient floors by providing non-clinical support, addressing patient needs, and providing a comforting presence to patients enriching their experience and fostering relationships with nursing staff and PCTs. The role also provides acknowledgement of staff for the great role they play in improving patient experience across teams.
