    Description

Merit America is a nonprofit organization focused on expanding economic mobility for adults navigating career transitions. Through skills training, coaching, and community support, we help learners build confidence and access family-sustaining careers.

Our volunteer community plays a meaningful role in this work by helping learners connect classroom learning to real-world experience. Volunteer opportunities may include hosting virtual career webinars, supporting interview preparation, or connecting with learners and alumni through networking events.
