Provide support in center's kitchen for meal deliveries (Old Brooklyn)

Help to pack meals for Meals on Wheels Deliveries.

Volunteers assist with assembling already cooked and packaged food into brown paper bags, cold bags and hot bags. This food will then be sorted and organized for Meals on Wheels volunteer drivers to deliver into the community.

Qualifications:

• volunteers must be 18+,
• able to pass an FBI/BCI background check,
• complete orientation and training.
• Ability to, stand, sit; talk, hear, reach, stoop, and kneel;
• Light to moderate lifting is required, up to 25 pounds;

Serve weekdays, starting at 9 am on a flexible schedule.
