Volunteer Letter Maker

Bridges to Housing Stability is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, serving Howard County, MD. Bridges believes that housing is the key to a household’s stability. Whether resolving the issue of homelessness or preventing a household from becoming homeless, our goal goes beyond crisis intervention – our approach and mission focuses on long term housing stability for our target populations.

Bridges is able to make such a difference in large part thanks to our donors. We receive in-kind donations that go out to our clients and their families, as well as monetary donations that help fund our programs. All of our donations go into Network for Good - a donor management and fundraising tool. We then use Network for Good to select letter and email templates that correspond to different kinds of donations, and we send those messages of gratitude to our donors.

The Volunteer Letter Maker will assist the Volunteer Coordinator in creating and printing donor acknowledgement letters that they will then pack into envelopes, address, and send from our office. Network for Good is intuitive and requires basic computer skills to navigate.
