Position Overview

Jomah Enterprise Inc. (JEI) is seeking a passionate, creative, and mission-driven Volunteer Marketing Specialist to support brand awareness, promote JEI goods and services, and strengthen community engagement. This role is ideal for individuals who desire to use their marketing talents to make a positive social and humanitarian impact while gaining professional experience.

The Volunteer Marketing Specialist will assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies that highlight JEI programs, products, outreach initiatives, and community impact efforts.

Primary Responsibilities

Brand Awareness & Community Engagement

• Assist with creating and implementing marketing strategies that promote JEI’s mission and programs.
• Develop and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, newsletters, and website updates.
• Support promotion of JEI events, outreach initiatives, leadership programs, and training services.
• Help strengthen JEI’s brand presence through storytelling, testimonials, and impact highlights.
• Assist in identifying partnership and collaboration opportunities that expand community awareness.

Marketing & Sales Support

• Help promote JEI goods, services, courses, and programs through digital marketing campaigns.
• Support development of promotional materials including flyers, graphics, videos, and social media posts.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and subscriber engagement.
• Help track marketing campaign performance and provide feedback for improvement.

Strategic & Administrative Support

• Assist with maintaining marketing calendars and campaign schedules.
• Conduct research on marketing trends, target audiences, and engagement opportunities.
• Provide periodic updates on marketing performance and engagement growth.

Volunteer SMART Goals

Brand Awareness Goals

• Support increasing JEI social media engagement by 20–30% within 12 months.
• Assist in growing JEI email subscriber list by 15–20% within 9 months.
• Help secure at least 2–3 community collaborations or partnerships annually.
• Contribute to increasing website or program visibility through content and campaign support.

Sales & Promotion Goals

• Assist in marketing campaigns that support increasing JEI program enrollment or service usage by 15% annually.
• Help generate at least 25–30 leads per quarter for JEI programs or services.
• Support at least 3–4 major promotional campaigns annually.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Interest or experience in marketing, communications, branding, or social media management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic graphic design or content creation skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools preferred).
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Passion for nonprofit, humanitarian, leadership, or community empowerment work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
